Today I didnt want to write
A poem
But I did
And I feel like it
Failed

Mug and Coffee

Mug

My day begins with
Ugly chocolate coffee
Goop that tastes so good.

Coffee
Culture is sitting in the
Open window of the shop
Forgetting time, waiting, and
Feeling accomplished as
Everyone complements your
Espresso, when it sucks.

Churning sapphire

Changing Waters

Caress against

Carmel shores

Crash upon

Chocolate Ridges

Creeping waves

Creatures swim

Cheering tides

Cardboard Box

                                                                Canoe, spiraling between rocky rapids

                                                                Spaceship, whooshing through star streams

                                                                Car, speeding in a road race

                                                                                                                No gas necessary.

                                                                Wagon, carrying special supplies

                                                                                                                One at a time.

                                                                Chest, belonging to perverse pirates
